  Roseacre dental surgery is honestly the best dental practice I have ever been too. I've had a huge amount of work done with them - everything from fillings to root canals and the staff have always been highly professional and gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable.
  I have always been terrified of dentists and I won't go anywhere else now! I've recommended to friends and family members, all of whom have been delighted with the service offered.

  Having recently moved to the area my wife booked in as a new client and paid £35 deposit for a consultation. She did receive a text confirming all the details. However she misread the time and came in 2 hours late. She apologised and asked if she could rebook. She was told that she would have to pay another £35. This was a human error and she asked, on this occasion, if this could be waived as a new client and also for a silly error on her part.The receptionist told her that "the policy " states that she would have to pay as this is for the dentists time. We do appreciate this but it was an error and she did want another appointment knowing that she would obviously be paying for X Rays as well. My wife then asked for a call from the Practice manager.Lisa kindly called her back and once again "the policy" says that £35 cannot be refunded. Lisa said she would speak to the partners and get back to her. The answer was the same " the policy " stands...However they did say that if I did want to leave the practice (all 3 of the family that havent even used it yet ) they would refund the £35 !!!
  I can`t make sense of this as they have lost 3 clients for the sake of "the policy" and refunded my wife £35.
  Perhaps the partners can look at each case individually before they make a decision as we all make mistakes..
  Obviously you don`t need the business !!!!!!

  We have been using Roseacre Dental Practice for all our family for over 8 years now and have always had a professional, caring service from them. Our kids were put at ease instantly with their appointments when they first visited and will not see anyone else now for their dental needs. Would highly recommend for all the family.
